It really depends. In the northern part of China, the day with blizzard is what people dislike most, since our daily life will be seriously impacted, which means we cannot drive our cars due to the slick pavement. Furthermore, it will be extremely cold, and the coldness keeps most of people staying in their home with doing nothing but watching TV. On the contrary, people in the south of China like to visit northern cities during winters, especially on snowy days, just because they have not seen the snow-covered landscapes. Therefore, after heavy snow, we can only find tourists on the streets playing with the snow and taking as many photos as they can; since all the local are staying at home and watching TV.

In England, it rains all the time and it's really cold here on such days. I think that most people hate when it's raining and windy at the same time, because apart from the fact that they can't see anything and want to move forward, the pressure of the wind makes them go backwards. Something else that really gets me on my nerves is that my clothes get wet and I can't use my umbrella because of the wind.
